We are on a mission to abolish gender inequality

The LeanIn.Org global movement is contributing towards encouraging more women to take on leadership positions, through peer Lean In Circles, campaigns to create awareness of gender inequality, educational events and programs to support improving gender equality in the workplace and broader community.

Lean In Queensland's role is to support Lean In Circle Leaders so that through a collective effort of many passionate leaders and participants, more women are encouraged to be unapologetically ambitious, enabled to step up into leadership positions in business and our communities, and ready to make a bigger difference in addressing gender inequality.
